Zazzaro Forni S.r.l is a young company that was formed from the desire to develop innovative ideas for the production of pizza ovens.
Our wood-fired oven is a high-quality product that allowed us to become a company that is recognized on the Italian national market and is known for the reliability and seriousness that characterizes its work.
The wood-fired oven is designed and produced in accordance with all the safety regulations and we pay particular attention to practicality of use.
The wood-fired oven is constructed in steel sheets, the cooking chamber is created with refractory bricks and with a diaphragm designed to favour even cooking of the food.
The oven is fed with any type of wood (quality or not, carpentry waste, non-dried wood, etc) because the food does not come into contact with the smoke. The oven has a low level of irradiation towards the outside due to the careful double insulation in fibreglass wool and thick paint that favours thermal insulation and shock resistance.
Operating the oven is easy, you only have to put in the wood, light it and wait for the oven to reach the desired temperature that you can always control with the standard pyrometer installed.
The oven really produces little smoke which it expels by means of the chimney and therefore it can be installed even in internal and enclosed environments.
